Orders placed with another retailer

When you follow an offer to a retailer's website, that retailer sells the plan and collects the payment. Its refund policy and the conditions of your specific plan apply. Check them before paying; an unused eSIM is not automatically eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund for such an order, contact the retailer shown on your receipt and provide its order reference. eSIM And Co cannot refund a payment collected by another retailer.

Current eSIM And Co checkout demo

Our direct eSIM checkout is currently a preview. It does not collect payment, issue a usable eSIM or send an order email. Its demo QR codes cannot install a plan, so there is no direct purchase to refund.

Before direct sales begin

Before a real eSIM & Co payment is enabled, we will publish the applicable cancellation and refund conditions, including eligibility, any effect of installation or use, how to make a request and how refunds are paid. The final plan terms will be shown before payment.
