The current checkout is a demo: it collects no payment, sends no email and issues no usable eSIM. For a plan sold by another retailer, check that seller’s delivery terms.

If the eSIM is linked to your account, sign in with the email used for that order and open My eSIMs to view its installation details again. Creating an account after a guest order does not yet attach that order automatically. Visit Support for available help resources; direct support contact is not configured yet.
